Postdoc in Pollination Ecology
A Postdoc in Pollination Ecology is available in Dr. Risa Sargent’s lab at UBC, as part of the interdisciplinary PERCS project in sustainable agriculture (PERCS.landfood.ubc.ca). Applicants should have a PhD in insect/pollinator population biology/ecology and/or behaviour. Preference will be given to applicants with publications/experience in the field(s) of plant-pollinator ecology and/or evolutionary ecology, strong statistical and field ecology skills, excellent interpersonal and writing abilities. A background or research experience in agroecology and/or landscape ecology would be an asset, as would skills in identifying bees.
