CSEE plays a vital role by promoting ecology and evolution in Canada and facilitating communication amongst its members. We aim for the broadest possible membership. If you support our objectives, we urge you to become a member.

Membership benefits include reduced registration fees for the annual conference and a 10% discount on any publication charges in Evolutionary Ecology Research. As an additional service to members, the CSEE list server is available for distribution of research questionnaires and surveys of ecological and evolutionary topics of direct interest to members of the Society.

Membership dues are used to cover the costs of the society’s business, running meetings, supporting targeted workshops, giving travel grants and prizes to students, and publishing policy statements and other documents to improve the communication of our work. CSEE membership coincides with the calendar year (January – December). Dues are $65 per year for regular members and $30 per year for students and post-doctoral fellows. Lifetime membership is $1000 and is a great way to provide long-term support for the society. The easiest way to join is to use the PayPal link below.
